Awful ppl had different ppl 2 years ago, never had problems. Now money has been pulled from my account with no authorization. Tell me I spoke with kassandra on July 18th, never spoke or received a call. Now they tell me I sign paper for 19th and 22nd. didn't even go into their office since June 5th . Paper i sign was up to july 15th!. So whoever is forging my signature on July 19th and 22, I'm going to see. Bounced 3 bills because of their unauthorized transaction. I'm paying their bill and I'm done with this new management
