Don’t even waste your time trying to cash a check here. The woman at the front said she’d give me a call back regarding my check, never did(she stated she got ‘busy’), I waiting in the lobby for over 10 minutes only for 2 girls to cut in front of my and instantly get serviced and when I finally get seen after rudely being ignored I get told my checks too big to cash. Horrible service

I wasignored, she embarrassed me in front of other customer saying that my check was a scam check, i comtact the bank on speaker to prove it was not and she also was afforded to opportunityto ask question from ther of her own then later told me she did not have enough money to cash the check.. My personal opinion of her is that she is prejudice. She has a stack of checks on top of her file cabinet that she has obtained from others that SHE claimed are scam, her attitude toward me Makes me veg to differ I do not think that all of these peoples checks are scams. She told me she called the financial institution to verify mine but did not know I was listening and she had hung up that is the reason I chose to call them on speaker because she didn't know I heard her on the phone. She thought she could convince me that my check is a scam but I proved her wrong! Get a second opinion about your checks or she will keep your GOOD LEGIT CHECK.

I can't even explain how upset I am with these people. I stood outside with my baby while she didn't open the door nor tried to acknowledge me. I just got home from work with my paycheck and I needed the money to feed my baby. But she just sat there and ignored me . by the way the door said open on it. So that means a business is open.

Only put one start to write this review. The lady was so rude in that office. Please do not waste your time even going to this place
