I am going to let you in on a little secret about security finance.If you need to loan and you get a loan from secretary finance and if you will just talk to them and let them know that you are having a little trouble getting your payment for that month and do your best to get it to them. They will be willing to work with you But if you don't talk to them and you just want to not let them know if you can or can not make your payment then that is on you. Me personally I can say that if I am not sure if I have a payment coming up I will call them so if I do then I can make sure that they get there money. In closing if you get a loan then you are responsible for that loan.

Called to Renew our loan since they usually do it and we have great service, was told they switched companies and no longer do Military loans because it's a hassle... Then why are you in a military town? And the guy was super rude about it!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. They are like stalkers always popping up at your house and calling constantly. Yes we got a loan from here but we ran into a financial brick wall and are trying to break that wall down now so we can pay a few places we owe and we told them this. Every time I turn around they are there like a pack of roaches which is irritating as I don't like bugs. I can't wait until income tax come in so we can pay these people what we owe them cause they are a pain in my ass. I will never deal with them again and for anyone else who wants a loan go someplace where they understand that people have hardships and will work with you not stalk you.

Every one I've dealt with is absolutely wonderful! They are very understanding and do their job the right way! Working for a loan company myself and knowing how things work, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Terrible there intereste rates are too high. Once you get close to paying off you're loan there always calling telling you that you have money available .

I REALLY LIKED THIS PLACE AT THE BEGINNING NOW IM JUST READY TO BE DONE WITH THEM,I WAS CALLED AND THANKED FOR MY PAYMENT I WAS TOLD I HAD MONEY SHE GAVE ME AN AMOUNT I GOT DRESSED AND THEY CALLED BACK AND CHANGED THINGS INSTANTLY CRUSH ME!!! IM SO DONE WITH THEM!!
