Scam company, pulled the old bait and switch with their scam offer thru Credit Karma. "Excellent" to be approved for unsecured loan, then flip it to needing a car title at the last moment. The first offer was literally on my credit report, they knew my credit with the initial offer. I'll spread the word on this company for sure

My consultant was amazing! She really took her time to make sure that all my needs were met, was super professional, understanding and a pleasure to work with! Great experience!

Communication is HORRIBLE!!! I have the unemployment insurance and have not been able to activate it and NOONE will respond to emails or calls but can send offers for new loans! What a joke!!! This company is giving me the run around regarding making payments and causing hardship when I PAID FOR THE INSURANCE!!! I haven't had a job OR received benefits since JAN 2021!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Total bait and switch. I was pre approved thru Credit Karma with them for a secured loan. All the terms changed after they already did a hard inquiry on my credit. They gave me two lesser offers than the "pre approval" offer with higher interest. After doing some additional research online (my fault for not doing it beforehand) this is a common issue with them. There are several better options than these jokers. Try Avant or RocketLoans, both which are totally online and don't require you to travel to an office in a strip mall with someone trying to shank you with higher rates.

My experience was horrible I was approved for my loan. Then ask me for a co-signer after I came with co-signer, there was red flag from there . I was really stereotype , raciasuum, profiled, there was a lot question on why wanted loan; also told them multiple times. They just really could say they didn't trust me my credit was no problem. They judge as soon I walk in I can't believe it on phone they were very professional but once I walk in the office to drop some documents it game over there problem start from there I was getting interrogated by one of the lady I was very uncomfortable I just would never apply there again. I'm trying stop there business it just was a bad & worst experiences. I hope y'all get better and have bless day.

One main is the worst, please make this last resort!! The reps are rude and lie to you , you have to call in for everything, don’t know why they even have an app!! Please don’t do it !! And interest rates are dumb high !!
