1st Franklin Financial, Jasper, GA

I had some issues with my truck that were out of my control, and my credit wasn't the greatest, but I came here to get a loan to cover what I needed to get my truck fixed and the fine women here helped me with everything I needed, and got the finances needed to cover the cost of my truck, plus a little pocket money. I would recommend 1st Franklin in Jasper, GA to anyone. The service and staff are top notch! 10/10! :)

I am writing this review to retract a negative review I had left on trust-pilot. I have been with 1st Franklin for several years. I have a good history of paying on time and am never late. I had applied for renewal of a loan and was turned down for a debt to ratio issue. The problem was my wife has a vehicle in her name and I have one in my name and both were considered as my debt and only my income was considered. After leaving that review I have to say that 1st Franklin actually read the review and contacted me. I was so impressed with the response from headquarters and then one lady, April at the Jasper, GA office, contacted me and told me my loan was approved. I would to thank those who were involved with completing this transaction. I will continue to use 1st Franklin as a resource because of the effort and response I have received. April if you read this thank you and can you be sure to thank those involved.

Robby, April and Tammy are so friendly and they care - they take care of their customers - they’re just the sweetest people!
