I met Troy through my realtor, Dennis Asken. He was a wonderful guide through the home shopping process. He set up a zoom meeting to introduce himself and to explain to me how the numbers work. This helped me understand what exactly I could afford realistically. He kept me informed of the emails or phone calls I was about to receive to, so I prepared ahead of time. This helped move the process along quickly and smoothly. During the process of having the loan approved I felt confident that I would get approved because he was conservative during the approval process. He never overpromised on what I could afford.
