I love the service at 1st Franklin. The staff is very friendly. My favorite is Krista. She's always prompt and very knowledgeable.

Great customer service. Was able to get funds needed. They handled filling out paperwork, all I needed to do was answer a few questions. It helped I had all required documents but still quite painless. Interest rate is a little high but I was facing an emergency situation and 1FF helped us out of a tight spot. Can't thank you enough! Will be back if the need arises.
