I’ve done my taxes with Globe for the last 4 years, never had a problem up until this year. What normally was affordable has become expensive. Filing went up $200. I was told that the IRS had been hacked, and this year South Georgia was targeted, funny because I can not find NO information on the IRS being breached and how South Georgia was being targeted. How is that everyone who filed with Globe Financial is now suddenly facing this hack? Can’t remember her name, but she explained that the IRS system is outdated and it should of never happened. My question is, is the IRS system outdated? Or is it THEIR system that is outdated? And then on top of that my taxes were filed incorrect. The tax prep person forgot to file one of our w2s. I was given no apologies, no phone call or anything, instead they tell my mother. Yes, you read that correct. Instead of contacting me directly, my mother informed on their mistake. The level of unprofessionalism I’ve experienced is astonishing. I understand with all the changes that happened over the year, it can be difficult to adjust, but this year many mistakes happened that should of never happened. Instead they spent the whole last year sweet talking everyone into taking out loans and telling them not to worry because their taxes will cover the loan. Without taking into consideration that with all the changes in the past year that income tax time will be a complete nightmare.

Let me tell you guys! GLOBE ,GLOBE! Mrs. Linda and stuff are God Sent!! she helps me out every time! Might be broke paying them back after taxes, but it's all worth it and I'll do it again every time! I will only deal with this crew!

I love Linda and the other girls are awesome. Lori Amanda and the new girl. Keep up the good work. You guys are amazing.

They is good people and Mrs will go the extra mile for if she can. She knew me since I was a kid. Now I’m grown and we good friends!!

Have been filing my taxes with Globe for 6 years now. They are wonderful. They offer income tax loans starting In August for those who qualify. And the staff is wonderful!!!!

This place is a joke! Especially with the new manager who spreads misinformation about past employees. Stacey has went to banks and people who know the person's new employer and slandered a previous employee's name. She also gave a 1000.00 loan in my name when she worked at Security that I had no clue about until a payment was not paid. Her excuse was she figured it would be fine since we came in together for a loan few times. Just be careful and don't go in there with family. I couldn't do anything because a family member is the one who she gave the loan to and I don't have the heart to press charges on a family member
