It's something that my situation is similar to most! It seems as if this location needs to be reported and investigated. I was told I needed a strong co-signer because I had a repo on my report, even though they knew this information before they pulled my credit and then they could approve my loan. My co-signer had over a 800 credit score and my loan was still declined, because of my repo, which they knew even before they pull my credit. Now, they pull a person with a strong credit for no reason, which now has taken major points off because it was a hard pull, knowing they were not going to approve my loan. So, NO...I DO NOT recommend this location or this company, especially if this is how they handle business. Please, do not respond with your fake professional apology. This location needs to live up/admit to their mistakes/wrongdoing.

This was on 6 21 2023 I had to leave a review I would not recommend this company the fact that you people made me think I had the loan send in all my personal info for you to tell me no so wrong n then really hit my credit score like it did I'm only writing a review because to my knowledge these ladies made me think I had the loan this is not right!! I want call names but I will have this remove from my credit report for false advertising to me as if I had the loan I would never never ever recommend this company to any one remove me from your data base because what the employees did was wrong you never know what a person is going threw and to make me think I truly had the loan again removed me out of your date base I will have this remove from my credit report just awful to do this to some one. To anyone thinking of useing this company and you have challenging credit don't waste your time. what I didn't like again had me thinking that I had the loan n then to say no I just can't get over it again people don't waste your time with this company.

Went from being approved to not being approved. Touched my credit for no reason. Very disappointed. Devon thanks for the great customer service. ((Wouldn’t recommend service))
