Penny handle my application. She was very pleasant. She told me it would take a few minutes to hear back from her credit department, I drove from FL to be told they could only approve me for 1,000.00 I refused the offer. I've done business with this company before and was never late with my payments. Another thing I didn't understand there was another customer that came in the same time as me and I never heard the other worker tell him she had to get a call back from your credit department ☹️

My fiancé and I have done business more than once with Loanmax when times get tough and we need a loan. They're always very professional and helpful with the entire loan process. The most recent visit to Loan Max we had Vanessa help set up our title loan and not only was she helpful and very friendly she playfully joked with us as well. The entire loan was done within an hour and we were off to the bank to get the much needed extra cash! They have a referral program like many of Title loan places but unlike the others they offer fifty dollars per referral as opposed to twenty per referral! Thanks again for the great service!!!

The young lady name Stephen at your corporation needs to learn how to be professionally out of all my years as a client for the pass communication we encounter they haven't been a great experience. Therefore I ask for management and stated she was hard to believe and very sad Mr.Adam along with Mr. CHRIS needs to be on Management team better yet ladies take note from those 2 an you'll learn a lot.......

NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! DO NOT BORROW FROM THIS COMPANY! You seriously will never be able to pay it back! Here's my story, I borrowed $3000 on my $11,000 car, in July 2015. The first three months I had to pay $720 and then $398 every month after that. So I'm thinking that I'm paying it off, I could not have been more wrong. (My husband had borrowed from them before and paid it off in 10 months so to be honest I really didn't read the paperwork. Shame on me for that, but I truly don't want anyone else to get stuck like I did) so let's fast forward to July 2016, now I have made all my payments which have equalled up to $6150, and the balance I still owed was $3100. More then I had borrowed in the first place. So I didn't know what to do, I love my car and didn't want to get rid of it, but was seriously considering selling it to get out of this debt. So I decided to Google: Loans to pay off title loans and I found a company called turbo title loans out of Chicago and after sending them some pictures and information they were able to finance me, pay off this loan and my payments are only $172.And with Turbo title loan the payments are broke up between interest and principle. so with turbo title loan you are able to pay off your debt. I hope people read my story. Cause this place is the biggest ripoff I have ever seen and it should seriously be against the law!!
