The company is advertised to close at 5pm and when we arrived at 445 they said they were closing and would not help. As a retail manager it is unacceptable for me or my team to stop taking customers 15 minutes til just because we want to go home. We drove 45 to get to the location because it is where the initial loan was placed but at this point it isn't worth it anymore and we will take our business elsewhere.

Very rude people...harsh attitude and unwilling to listen to you... because I went out of state to help a friend remodel his home and my Georgia id was expired and I had to have an ID to be able to make purchases for his business I got a temporary Tennessee ID and the people here at security finance said I didn't live in GA at my home where I have lived for 2 years...all my mail and belongings have been in Georgia and I never moved from my home...but they still say I moved for the amount of time I was helping my friend...they are very mean and hateful with me when I tried to explain the reason I had to get the ID and told me I had to leave the store and not come back... I addvise people not to do business with this company...

Tiffany and Brandi are the most sweetest and genuine ladies I have ever met in a financial business.. they're so knowledgeable and caring about the clients that come in looking for loans and help. Totally recommend supporting this business and the ladies that work hard for their community
