They are all nice people. My family has done business with them for years. I like them all, but Miss Cora has a special place with me. She has a wonderful attitude, a sweet personality, and the only person my late grandmother would recommend for me to see.

I got a VERY small loan here just to show that I was making monthly payments for my credit. My account was set on auto pay, and being a single mother to a 22 month old and working 60 hours a week, I didn't think to call in and switch cards because I pay all of my bills online except this one, because they said it had to be on autopay. I got a call a couple days in a row and the caller ID showed robocaller- After they called twice within an hour, I reverse googled the number and saw who it was. I called and explained the situation and told them that when I get back in town next Thursday, I would come in and pay and re set autopay being that paying over the phone for some reason incurs another charge through the company. I was told "MAM you need to just go ahead and pay because you already have a late fee and it'll keep adding them". I asked how often they added these $10 late fees, and she pretty much said that the system randomly does it, no set intervals, and it could be tomorrow or the next day. I told her that I now wanted to look at my agreement to verify that, and she got loud and told me " NEXT TIME we need your payment before or on the day that it is due" and hung up. Ya'll need to get rid of her because that one bad employee can change the perspective of the whole company and she's probably the reason for all the bad reviews. Everyone else has been great at every encounter. I'm leaving this long review because I called back and asked to speak to the manager and was told she was with a customer, and this person that I spoke with said she didn't know if late fees fell randomly or not......???

Very unprofessional and rude. I did a phone interview to see if I qualify for a loan. I had been with my employer for 8 months but resigned about 3 days ago to accept my current position. I tried to explain to her that I was still expecting 2 more paychecks from my previous employer as well as income from my current employer but all she kept yelling into the phone is that you have to be employed at least 6 months so I disconnected the line.

I called to inquire on a loan! Jasmine answered, whomever she may be and she was very sharp and very rude! I really think that if you work in customer service you should have a level of professionalism in person and over the phone! Companies need to know and realize who they have working for them!

I was upset that I was not able to get through to make a payment, I found out it was due to phone issues, I jumped to the wrong conclusion. I was called back and was taken care of. I will definitely pay closer attention before I make the mistake of sending the wrong review.

I appreciate the opportunity and time that the company has provided me with but the last person that was hired at Lagrange loan on Hogansville Rd was the rudest person to work in a company for any business that I have ever came into contact with she has no respect for customers and does not need to work for no business no where
