I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. I was misled regarding how much extra I would be charged on my 2nd loan with this company so when I called about payoff I owe roughly 700 dollars more than I was told I would owe. I have paid early and extra on both loans the entire time. Once these loans are paid in full I will NEVER use this company again!
