I have been very satisfied with their service. Even when I had an issue with a claim they were very helpful. Christa in particular has shown me excellent service. She was solution oriented and calm which can be very comforting during a time of financial need. Thank you for your assistance/professionalism.

I currently have an open loan & wanted to get an additional $2k. Another hard pull had to be done. DO NOT TRUST KENZIE!!! Kenzie calls me back and asked if I wanted to consolidate my car loan with my current loan & they would give me the additional $2k I requested with all at a lower percentage of 15%. She explained how I was late previously on my car loan & how my interest rate of 30% was too high especially for the amount of months that was left to pay. She stated I had 43 months which was wrong. I have 30 months. I told her I've currently been doing well with my payments and have brought down my daily interest down just like I do for One Main. She explained One Main interest is fixed & revolving. The daily interest can't go down even if I were to make extra payments, it would just go towards the principle. I told her that was partially incorrect. I've been doing my calculations and I've gotten the interest rate almost $2/daily dropped off & it's not revolving. My credit cards are revolving. Also the percentage rate on my car note is 18%. Yes that's high but Ive gotten the daily interest rate $5/daily dropped off. I don't know if it's some type of quota for her but she's feeding false information just so she could lure you in. Luckily I'm not vulnerable. I just wanted to pay extra on other bills to increase my credit score. I rather keep giving extra on my car than to consolidate anything with her. She's a liar & she's not to be trusted. Won't be playing with my money today. I will quickly pay off my previous loan to be done with this company. 1 last thing, she quoted my current daily interest rate as $6.24 which I knew was a lie. I called the next day and spoke with Mish who quoted a daily interest rate of $3.19 which I knew was accurate. I asked to speak with a manager, apparently there's not a branch manager available. No more business with this company. Their loans are 35%. Run!!!

Although my experience with them has been short, and correspondence was limited, due to my working hours conflicting with the branch’s operating hours, I honestly was pleased and appreciative for the professionalism and genuine informative services I received. Kenzie was Agent that was assisting me during my brief period with One Main. She was very informative, patient, and accommodating to my limited scheduling circumstance. I have nothing but gracious remarks and appreciation in regards to Kenzie and the rest of the helpful team at the Branch. Highly recommended.

They decided to take an extra payment out of my bank account. I told them I want the extra payment back as I already made the payment for the month. They refused. These people will just take extra payments whenever they feel like it I guess. Considering the current times, I guess they could care less about people's financial situations.

They are terrible!! I got a loan a year ago and thought it was good. Then this year I was involved in a hit and run. They said no problem in me getting a new loan after the insurance company paid off the car. So when I tried to get the new loan for $1000 less they tried to get me with 30% interest?!?! Daliha said she didn’t know why???? It doesn’t make any since??? So I would pay $30,000 for a $8000 loan!! Lol!!! They are a rip off!! Stay away!!!!!!!!! Plus they got the pay off on my other car..

Vanessa at the Lawrenceville location is fantastic. She has helped me with my loans. She is extremely knowledgeable and gives excellent customer service I highly recommend working with Vanessa and using OMF for any loan needs.
