I would like to send a special thanks to Angela who helped me from beginning to end with refinancing my loan. She was patient, kind, sweet and just a pleasure to deal with. I called her multiple times throughout the process and not once did she seem frustrated or not willing to help. It’s people like her who make a difference when it comes to customer service. World Finance, you have a keeper on your hands. Thanks again for everything, Angela!

I just had the absolute worst experience with Keisha at World Finance in Lithia Springs. I pray that she does not do any tampering with the current loan that I have with them. On another note, the manager was very apologetic and honestly he is a very nice guy. We as human beings should always be mindful of how we handle each other.

They were very polite, welcoming, and fast with their service. They explained everything thoroughly and answered questions i had if i didn’t understand something. Would definitely recommend this location. I had Derek and he was amazing ❤️ But the other staff was just as nice as well.

I would like to make a big shout out to Miss Angela up at World finance. Her assistant's was very personal and caring.. Excellent job.. I would also like to say the business itself is very friendly and welcoming... So if you need a loan I suggest you go there they will take exceptional care of you...
