They helped me get my truck. Paid it off. Got a couple small loans since then. 6 years I’ve been dealing with them and not one single problem. Great company and great people. If I could give them more stars I would.

I was told to email a credit card authorization each month to make my car payment. One month the email was returned saying that the loan officers email account was no longer valid. So I took the payment in person. A few months later I go to pay the car off early and they say I missed the january payment and now have 3 late fees. I had never missed and was never late. The loan officer that I was emailing the authorization to had quit and even though I had a copy of my email showing I had paid on time they still would not take off the late fees and the manager wont even return my calls.

Probably one of the worst financial institutions I have dealt with in my adult career. What I thought I was paying for turned out to be something completely different. It was not what I expected and I will most definitely tell others to take their business elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed in their service. I paid off early when I was told no penalty for paying off early. Turns out more is added on to your loan than expected. Do not use this company. Vultures to those that need a little bit of help.

the worst financial office of the century. specially this office.after 9 days of up and down, this agent reject me .after she offer me $9500 finance i was rejected i am glad this office is for sale because they are losing business.They are abusing and wasting customers time.
