Not really sure why all the negative reviews, but then again some are years old. Anyway I was properly greeted as I came in the building. My process was very smoothe because I did and submitted everything online. Jessica followed up with me to insure my info was submitted successfully. I was in and out in no time. The staff was great. Very pleasant and personable and that made the experience a great one.

They really only want to run your credit. They won't tell you what the criteria is or give you any information to decide if you want to apply. If you have to use collateral and your loan balance is greater than what the vehicle is worth don't waste your time applying. If when asked they told me this then I wouldn't have wasted my time or the inquiry.

It was beneficial to me when I needed the extra cash but if I would have known that my car was going to be used for collateral upfront then I probably would’ve gone through with it if that was explained in the beginning. 2nd issue my car was a total loss and I literally got phone calls everyday to make a payment when the car was going to be paid off. You live and you learn though never again. I’m good on this loan company but the money did serve it’s purpose thank god it’s paid in full

The reviews regarding Tish and the Current brach manager for this particular location is on spot, I thought it was me, They are unprofessional and rude, if you can and have to, go to another branch, it seems they have a problem with answering questions or irritated and evasive in their answers.
