Be careful with these people make sure eveyone dealing with these people at Macon ga location monitor your account they offered a deferment but my family member didnt sign for it and she noticed something different on her account when making a payment so she called and lady told her yes you signed a deferment after she told them she didnt she said oh im so sorry it was a mistake how can someone make a mistake like this so actually they forged her signature so people please monitor your accounts.So sad someone would do this.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL GIVE YOU A HARD TIME TRYING TO GIVE A PAYOFF AMOUNT. I BELIEVE I DEALT WITH A WOMAN NAMED TERI. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Had an account with them and called about making payment and they charged my wife's checking account for my payment and she wasn't even on the loan. We had a previous loan together about a year ago but it was paid off when I asked where they got my wife's checking account information from they were very rude and said I gave it to them but I don't even know her information so they had to get it from a previous account which they are not allowed to do so. So if you have a loan with them make they don't charge you for someone else's account.
