I PAID MY CAR NOTE ON MONDAY....WHY I GET IN MY CAR WENDSDAY TO GO HOME FOR THANKSGIVING MY CAR WANT START!! THEY HAVE NO ONE ON CALL FOR YHIS SITUATION!! PLUS THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR THIS CAR 2008 CIVIC FOR 23,000 A TRUE RIP OFF!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Full of bologna when people offer to pay off there car they try to go higher I wouldn't send a dead person here

Extremely high company never seen a company want 20000 plus for a ride I’m down to 8000 something and having financial hardship and they don’t wanna work with you. Auto Credit is a sham and don’t recommend going through either with the high prices. I use to enjoy these people at both places.

I have to say I have never ever had an issue with the staff here. Auto Credit is where I bought my SUV and it has been wonderful for the last three years. Of course the interest and price of the car is higher we are people going to these places because most of us do not have the credit to go elsewhere. Of course they are tough IF YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR PAYMENT I am overall very very happy with them

It’s my first loan company that I use to pay off my car and I must say the place is very friendly and reasonable. I will say that most of the time that I do call to pay my car, the employee named Taylor gets the job done efficiently and in a great manner. Definitely a great employee and she does a great job handling the phone call/transaction.

No good communication at all!!! I update my information with auto credit then abc loan will say they didn’t receive the information then cut your car off. When you try to explain they’re either rude or just hang up in your face. Jessica especially since she is the only one that seem to answer the phone. I’m happy I’m almost done paying because I will NEVER do business with them again
