Was terrible took almost 30 days after day pulled my credit , wouldn't return phone calls, could've went somewhere else but they had already did a hard hit on my credit and didn't want another. Had dealt with them before and never had this problem.

Terrible Experience don’t do it!!!! No matter how desperate you are don’t do it!!!! They seem friendly and helpful at first but miss 1 payment and they turn into your enemy with no help no option to refinance and will take your car and keep your belongings for weeks before retrieving!!! Stay away!!!

I used to like speaking with Rico but he no longer works for the company. He was always so nice and respectful. I called yesterday and forgot who I spoke with but she was rude and was having a conversation with a Co worker while I was on the phone. I will not call this location again!

Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable associates employed at the location. Customer service does still exist. Thank you.
