My late boyfriend passed suddenly. He had a title loan with Complete Cash. When I obtained the D.C., I called and explained the situation. I could not afford to pay off his loan, I would like to give it back to them, but have no way of getting it there. The lady who answered my call assured me she would speak with her manager and get back with me. Over two weeks later, I call them back. Nothing, no help, they tell me I can do what I want with it, it's up to me to figure it out. Or I can come pay it in full. I just lost someone close to me, don't bully me into giving you $ I didn't owe!

They are a great company to work for and with, great hours...upper management is awesome.

Been trying to pay my bill for three days and they where closed Wednesday and they did not tell me they were going to be closed when I called and Thursday they would not take my card and today they charged a $179 late fee when I been trying to pay them for three days . If you use your debit card they hold your title for 60 days they want cash money. They will not take a credit card I would not recommend getting anything from this place .
