Everyone was courteous and the process was so easy. Started online and went to office to sign papers.

I have seven years experience in finance and I applied for the position at this location. I had my first phone interview with Cindy and it went great! I had a 2nd interview with Carolyn and it went great! I went back the next day for a 3rd interview with John! I was sure I got the job! Well Monday came I didnt recieve a call so I called the company and was told just to wait it out. I latered received a voice-mail stating I didnt get the job that they had moved on with another candidate. Sadden by this because I was more than qualified and I am a mother of four and was surely needing this job, so I called Cindy was just asking hey could i have some feedback of why i didnt get the position and she couldn't tell me and basically there wasn't a reason. Now I am scrolling thru my indeed looking for jobs and boom same job comes up and they didnt pick anyone else and I was just basically tossed to the side for no reason! The woman you had in your interviews has called over 1000 accts by herself with a 95% guaranteed collection on her month end numbers with no fancy deferred payments just my blood, sweat and tears gone into my work! I am reliable, motivated, driven to do my best for myself and my children, and I have the love of my community! No worries tho people I was just telling you this so you won't waste you time I have 2 interviews coming up this week and these companies are super excited to have me!

I had a hard time in life like a lot of people in this world today. And let me tell you if you are one day late on your payment they will blow your phone up. They have literally called me three times today. They are not like normal loan companies. That give you a grace period. So do not expect that if you go to them. We figured that out with the crazy amount of phone calls that I get. It doesn't matter if I'm at work or not. I'm supposed to stop but I'm doing and answer their phone calls or they continue to blow my phone up!

The Staff was so kind and very helpful. They understand our needs and addressed them accordingly. Great People!!
