I love doing business with the ladies at this location. Amanda is amazing and has helped me out with my loans as well as helped my son out. They are always very kind and will go above and beyond to make your experience with them very nice.

Let me first say, for some reason In todays day and age customer service seems to have been left off most businesses core values. NOT at this location. From the moment I inquired about a loan to every single time I see them, they have gone out of their way to make me feel more than just a number. If I could give First Franklin Financial of Monroe more than five stars I would. From the manager Ashley (who’s a rockstar) to the rest of the team they are top notch. I highly recommend going to them!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. After applying for a loan and getting denied, they failed to communicate this crucial information to me. I had to make the call to inquire about the status, only to be told that they couldn't help me. This lack of transparency and communication is highly unprofessional and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend their services
