You get one star for littering your door hangers all over my business. How well are you treating your customers if you treat businesses as a place to litter your door hanger ads without even being professional enough to ask for permission and not caring for the trash you leave behind? What of the customers are you planning on trashing - their credit? Why would anyone be foolish enough to go to a finance company that doesn't understand how door hangers work?

Tameka at the Monroe location disappointed me tremendously. I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. She called me about a payment that was overdue and was very rude and nasty to me about it. I understand it was overdue but it is still no excuse to make me feel the way she did. I am highly disappointed!

These women are the greatest in customer service. They know I have some medical problems that prevent me from getting out much so they do just about all my business online or thru the mail. In these times it's hard to find good customer service much less Great customer service. I would recemend this company if your looking for a great loan company.
