Becky is always so polite and helpful. I've seen her go outside several times to help people out and collect their payments so they don't have to risk illness.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this branch! The ladies in this branch are ALWAYS courteous, patient, and VERY helpful!!!!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend this branch of First Franklin to EVERYBODY!!!!!!

I've never borrowed from Franklin Financial, but my brother has in the past and they're always so polite and understanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

The Montezuma branch is by far my favorite, all the ladies are super nice and very helpful. Very good energy and atmosphere everytime I go in.
