I called the office on 6/24/22 and did an application for a loan online. I was immediately approved. When I went into the office Ms.Tania finished my paperwork. She was very nice and sweet to me. I highly recommend anyone trying 1st Franklin out. Thanks

Great experience. Everyone was very friendly and answered all of my questions professionally and the service was thorough and quick.

I was experiencing some hardships after a divorce. After being turned down for a loan from my bank, I was an emotional wreck. A coworker advised me on trying 1st Franklin in my hometown. I went the next day and I was amazed at the very simple process and I was definitely approved. Tania and the rest of the staff were very professional and very courteous. My experience was great as a first time loaner they worked with me very well and was very patient and nice. I would recommend coming through them for a loan. They helped me learn so much about the payments and much I would get.

The people in this office are the best hands down. They are always polite and courteous and were able to answer all my questions they were even able to get me exactly what I needed! Best experience I’ve had in a while :)
