Surprisingly, it was not a good experience for me. I've done business with them for over 20 years, not missing a single payment. I've payed out the loans early several times, but since I retired 3 years ago, I recently went in for a small loan and they turned me down. I referred my daughter and fiance to them, who currently have accounts with them. The 2 ladies that waited on me were very friendly, but didn't have the last say-so (approval). I thanked them for attempting to help me, but I will never go to that place again.

A great place with AMAZING staff to help with your loan needs! They try their best to get the loan you need! Go see them when you are in a pinch. A++ service

I walked in to get a loan to purchase a car and Elizabeth Rodriguez made me feel extremely comfortable. I was in and out within a hour and she worked with me to get my payments where I needed them to be. I was very please with the entire process and highly recommend them to anyone needing financial assistance.

I was a customer for the better part of twenty years. I went in today to borrow money and since I just recently returned to school, they wouldn't loan me any money. I brought my family's check stubs because that is my income. They pay for living with me and I have titles to several vehicles....anyway went right down the street and got a loan with nothing but my good name and several years of making payments on time. Almost twenty years of being a good customer and several paid out loans but Never again.

I would like to edit my review of 1st financial. After receiving an apology from staff members and mangement, that appeared both prompt and sincere. It is a pleasure to know that this business really care about the feed back from their customers. They certainly made me feel like more than just a number. Thank you Staff and Management.

The lady thay work over there are sweetheart they will help you if they can... they are willing to work with you so go give them your business and give them a try!!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
