We bought a vehicle from someone who had a loan with this company. We have been waiting to get the title in the mail for over a week which was no biggie. Called this morning to check on the status, and the first person who picked up seemed like they would be helpful. She took all our info to ship the title to us and said they would get back with us on the status of when the title would be shipped out. Fast forward a few hours and we still hadn’t heard anything so we called back. They would not answer our calls. Made at least 6 calls to their office before we got someone to answer. As soon as we told them our name, they hung up. The man who we bought the truck from called and they answered on the first call and said the title would be shipped to him. Which is not what we originally agreed to and I guess someone was afraid to have that conversation with us or who knows why they wouldn’t talk to us because it was never explained. Now he is going to receive the title and have to drive a couple of hours away to deliver to us. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional and I would not trust this company with your finances or loans. There are so many better options where you won’t have to put up with this type of ignorance and incompetence.

All the running around this company had me doing is not necessary. Things that could be done within one hour this company spends three days doing. I had the pleasure of speaking the another branch that provided hopefully information. This Ga branch is so unorganized and they never call back.

THIS PLACE IS A RACKETEERING SCAM. STAY AWAY. Waisted my time by telling me one thing over the phone and when I took off work to close the loan.. The loan amount dropped by $3,100. Not a good place for a dept consolidation loan or anything over pocket change. They use gimmicks saying you're approved for a certain amount to get you in the door. Then they'll bring you a lower number, saying the information they had approved has changed. In all.. if you're starting up credit you'll probably get a few hundred bucks if that's what you're in to. If you actually need a loan for a purpose... this isn't the place for you! UPDATE A week later I called back to accept the offer after some consideration. It at least covered one dept I was able to pay off, with the loan payment being considerably less than the previous dept. (As long as you opt out of the unnecessary insurance they offer) The insurance they offer will inflate the total payoff amount and payments. Opt out of those to save money and you should be fine. The process was easy, just provide proof of residence, Income, and Identity. With a few call references and they'll deposit your loan into your account the next day. Staff is friendly and professional, it's hard to have both but they do. Last but most importantly. This is an intrest bearing loan. Meaning you will pay ALL intrest before the principal is paid out. No early pay out break on intrest. It sucks and probably the worst type loan to get. UPDATE Their auto pay system is inconsistent so when it didn't take out the payment as scheduled on the 1st, I gave it until the 8th. I called to ask about it and they said it would automatically try again if failed the first time. The problem here is there was no first time (according to my bank) so I make a debit payment to avoid late charges. Now.. on the 16th One Main has charged me with a returned payment fee for the payment they didn't automatically withdraw on the 1st. THIS PLACE IS A RACKETEERING SCAM. STAY AWAY.

If you want to spend alot of your hard earn money, then go get a loan and pay back 5 times the amount of which you loaned
