Delta Community Credit Union has been great to deal with so far! Their environment is entirely different from banks in the best possible ways. This place is truly about real people benefiting from great financial services. Cynthia and Matt are incredible and give the best customer service.

I can't describe how positive my wife and I's experience at this credit union was. If I could give six out of five stars I would. During a auto loan process Cornelius W. was so helpful and attentive to every question we had. The process went very smooth. I've never had a bank that I felt went out of their way to provide Chikfila type service and Cornelius and his team did just that! Needless to say I'm switching all my banking needs over. Thanks Cornelius and Delta Community for having such outstanding service:)

Wow talk about great service at this location. I entered the credit union and was immediately greeted by Robbie and Cornelius. I had several questions regarding my new account that I just opened some that were a bit confusing to me. Robbie wasn’t able to give me an answer to a couple of my questions but promised he would call me as soon as he found out the information. Within minutes of me leaving I received a phone call from Robbie letting me know everything I needed to know. Being a first time customer at Delta credit union I am so impressed and excited to be a part of this banking institution. Keep up the good work y’all!!!

Very, very courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, quick, responsive and well at everything they do. Sooo happy you are soooo close! We have Delta for all of our loans, and have referred many of our friends. They are very satified.

I walked in and was only in line (with 2 people in front me) for less than 2 minutes. All the tellers were smiling and ready to serve their customers. Very friendly staff and very quick service. I'm glad to have a DCCU in this area!
