I have known the owners and employees of First Liberty Building and Loan for many years. They have always been very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, transparent and personable. When our nation was struck with the pandemic, they took it upon them selves to learn as much as they could about SBA, then offered to help our community (mostly small business owners) in going thru the process vs having them call a government number in hopes of getting thru. There was no endless game of phone tag, chasing more and more documents. They knew exactly what was needed, asked for it, and made the process an easy one. First Liberty Building and Loan are people that I trust, and have always been an asset to our community

At first things were going well. I received prompt attention and and the PPP process was in the works. Then... I received an email saying i should try somewhere else being my PPP loan was not a large sum. It went downhill from there. Erick Erickson raves of these people, and I am sure they are nice. However, this is not a way to treat people that are trying to give you business.

Listened to WSB radio I had thought it was too late applied for ppp thru these guys they responded until I submitted my electronic signature then nothing no answering (3)emails and (1)phone calls send you back ho website its been 4 days short of a month they are still taking applications but not responding to inquiries about time frames for answers or funding i have exhausted all efforts just trying to get a response from them. Very disappointed in firstlibertyga.com and Katie Frost . Update The emails were apparently somehow lost and they hav corrected the issue all still in process but won't be long now. Thank you in advance Brant Frost Final update all the talk and submission time and again forms papers ssn fed tax id then nothing because between may 15 and June 30th they could not get my application submitted now its closed and here we sit no loan no help from first liberty

Great people, even though I have yet to do business with them, like others I have met them and I am moving forward with a loan. Christ Centered is what I remember the most! I drove 100 miles to met these guys!
