This is a loan and tax service businesses. There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The office is extremely clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The loan application process is simply and customer friendly. The loan application process is easier if you bring your paperwork with you.

This Sunset location is horrible. First, of all they start calling you and your contacts one day after your payment is due. Second, they will post that your delinquent before 30 days have passed. Third, the guy who answers the phone is rude and needs customers service training. There are many other lenders in Newnan that are better than this place such as Service Loans, World Finance and First Franklin.

I had a very frustrating issue I spoke with the manager Jennifer and she made things right. She was very nice and helpful. Thank you, Jennifer.
