This lender has not responded to a single call, email, text, voicemail from listing broker since we went under contract 4 weeks ago. And of course now we are about to close and no sign of documents at the attorneys office. This is not how anyone should do business. It is not that difficult to reply. It is professional courtesy to keep all parties in the transaction informed about the status of a file. We are not asking for you to move mountains.
