Joanne was was patient but unprofessional and was not nice to my kids anyone that have kids know that kids are going to make noise and sometimes cry she proceeded with taking the toy away from my three kids and saying that she will put duct tape over their mouths for them to be quiet and proceeded to laugh at my kids crying I was very displeased with how she treated my kids and overall didn’t even get me close to what I asked for and went to another title pawn and received excellent service and was very nice and patient with my kids I’m pretty sure if you rewind the camera back you would see what I’m talking about everything was overwhelming and I would never go back there especially how my kids were treated
