I worked with Aisha and she was professional, straight forward and fully explained the terms, etc. She as well as the other staff that I met in person or spoke with over the phone are always helpful and polite. Esp. during COVID, they're very sanitary, everyone social distances, masks, etc. I was extremely impressed.

Aisha is fabulous. When my family was in a crunch she came through for us. The process was smooth and efficient. Very professional but still welcoming! I would definitely recommend this First Franklin Financial to anyone in need of emergency cash or a loan.

My wife and I encountered an unexpected expense so we went to the office in Richmond Hill to figure out what options we had. I was tremendously surprised at how smooth and fast everything went. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and we will definitely use them again.
