As I walked into the building, the entire staff greeted me. They were very professional. I was assisted by Malaya. I hope I spelled her name right. But she was extremely helpful and I'm very grateful for all that she's done. Thank you so much......

I had a fast and wonderful experience! I came in at 1:37pm and I was out by 2:10pm thanks to Malaysia in which she was exceptional! She was so sweet to me and answered all my questions! I will definitely recommend Kinsmith Finance Thank you!

Update: Corporate/Mr. Alex did call me to inform me that they are following up and addressing these issues, so I will change my rating from 1 to 3. Thanks Mr. Alex. Prior to Call from Mr. Alex: It took almost 2 hours to get my cash. Then they hit me with "your last payment has to be brought in". I asked where is this in the contract. It is no where in writing. Be sure to get everything in writing as I did, but they acted like they didn't want to. Anyway, upon my last month with them, they harassed me. They called me several times a day asking me to "come pick up extra cash", I asked did they mean refinance, which means more fees. They stated yes. Well don't be misleading as if it's free money. I asked them to stop called me telling me "you have money, when do you want to pick it up". They replied that it was a part of their training and they would continue doing so. When I complained the last time, they hit me with a charge that I was unaware about. Apparently, my first payment was returned. I recalled asking for a grace period and to pay the next day / later that day, when that happened. The little girl said ok. Should have gotten this in writing. I paid reluctantly. Let's also talk about when they would call Me and I asked how much more money I had left, the girl would say she didn't know. They are very unprofessional. I made sure I paid every due date and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR DO BUSINESS WITH KINSMITH! They were the worse nightmares ever and mind you, I paid on time and kept my word!!!! I'm glad I am done paying that $. I couldn't wait to see the end of the contract complete. They can't say I was one of those customers who didn't pay or is in collections!

Everyone in this office was so kind. They will work with you if you work with them! THEY DO NOT CHECK CREDIT just work history! Very helpful during these hard times

Jaylyn was amazing! Very friendly staff. Not sure about the negative reviews below but from my experience working with Kinsmith was easy and straightforward. I will definitely recommend and use them again! As long as you develop a great work relationship with this organization you are in good hands!

When I went to apply for a loan, It had been a long frustrating day. Gabrielle was so welcoming when I came in. She had so much patience and she was able to help me with everything I needed. When I walked i felt uncomfortable with the 1st young lady I believe her name was Erica she was not helpful at all and on the rude side. I had to leave and come back and I saw the other lady and she was very helpful and nice and understanding as well as the Manger. I will continue doing business with them and they very quick Thanks for helping me out in the time of need go try them out just bypass the tail young lady name Erica makes business look bad sorry just being honest but still great place. Thanks again.

Arica was very professional and detailed with my paperwork, she gave me multiple options to choose from that way I can get exactly what I’m looking for. I went in not knowing if I would even get approved and now I’m leaving with all my problems solved
