I got approved by the corporate office in Arizona but the lady named Tanya did not approve me. I suspect if I hadn't been a caucasian or a gay man then it would have "been approved ". I have a loan from them that I have paid faithfully on for years but the new staff had none of me in it. First I was brushed off until I called the corporate office and now I'm just going to file a complaint with the Georgia AG's office, the better business bureau and the Secretary of State's office. Do go to especially this location if your anything like me. And just for this branch, I got approved by your competition with no issue. Go to cash net USA. They rock, so simple, so nice and so not discriminating.

These people are rude, will completely waste your time, and will lie to you. I had someone from the corporate office go over every single detail of my loan application, took all my information, approved me for the loan, confirmed my income and credit were sufficient for me to get the loan I wanted, and MORE SO, then told me they were declining me just an hour before I was supposed to go get it. Do not do business with them

Kim was extremely rude and refused to help us when her company kept failing to send us our money. every other person I dealt with was absolutely amazing. I am sorry they have to work with someone so stuck up. she needs to be dealt with.
