Melissa that works at the St. George office had my car repossessed after being late only 5 days and communicating with her twice. I spoke with her the day prior letting her know I would be in to pay the loan and she said she would notate the account, yet my car was towed the next day. She tried to charge me 2 late fees in addition to the additional $500 it took to get my car from the tow company. This woman is a horrible person with no empathy of what people are going through in a pandemic. I requested to speak to management and always got the run around, was supposedly given an email to corporate and no one ever responded to my complaint. So I had no recourse but to come here. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and the state.

One of the worst places to ever deal with. Ended up paying 3 times the loan amount before finally getting it paid off and having title returned.. when we first got the loan was explained that on $500 loan we would pay back a total of $650 and be done would pay $125 a month. But in reality the principle never went down and when confronted about it was told that we were only paying the interest and that unless we paid it off our vehicle would be repossessed.. They left disrespectful and flat out rude messages threatening to take our car we called and let them know that we would be paying off the total balance due and was told it was $824 then the day before we were to come in they left a voicemail saying that if we weren’t there by 6pm the day before they would send a tow truck to take the car when I called and got rude back was then told how I was a horrible person and had no right speaking to them that way and that if I wasn’t there by end of day that legal action would be taken and I would lose my car worst people ever there are better places this one is a huge scam just to put u in a spot to where u can’t pay off the loan and they can take your car

Just a word of warning before you get a loan. Underneath all the fake smiles of the employees here. You will pay extremely high interest rates if you get a loan, you will be hounded for there money like a loan shark would hound you. The mob would be cheaper and nicer to deal with than this place. As an example my friends interest is $250 per month a month on a $1000 loan. Preditory and unethical loan rates and practices are the reason this company and other title loans are banned from doing business in the state of Florida. Stay away

The staff was friendly and got me in and out in about 30 minutes. It was very simple to get the loan. I have already sent my neighbor in to get a loan on his car. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
