I was explaining to this lady about my Detrimental lifetime event, and she hung up the phone, outside of being rude! As I'm a Healthcare worker and is going through grief counseling Also prior to several months ago another young lady told me some very untruthful things that this wasn't a loan! This place wasn't professional or upstanding. As now I'm held responsible! No compassion or etiquette what so ever!
