Terrible. I called just to get information on obtaining a loan as I am new to the area and the man that I spoke to was very rude. I was only asking general questions. He asked how much was I looking to borrow and I expressed that I’m only wanting information on the loan process not to physically do an application at the moment. He replied “well you need to figure out how much you want and call me back” then hung up. Wow, terrible.
