I got a loan from here, but I wouldn't recommend it. The people in this office are really rude. The way they speak to guests is like they're talking to a child they're fed up with. Overall just terrible guest service and bad manners.

I recently applied and I agree, their customer service is horrible. They are not concerned with trying to help. They denied me and did not give me a thorough explanation as to why. Said there was stipulations, but did not tell me what they were. They even told me they did not have time to talk to me because it was time for them to close and I would have to call back the next day. When I did call back, they left me on hold. I wish I would have used another branch. Horrible customer service.

This place is not a good place to borrow from unless you can pay it back immediately. Making monthly payments will take you way longer than the term agreed upon and the amount you pay back will be astronomical compared to what you borrowed. I am more than half way through my term and haven't even hit 1/3 of the principle paid down yet. Have already paid enough to payoff the loan and then some. By the time the 60 month term is finished a 6000 dollar loan will cost 35000.

This company says it's here for customers who are having financial difficulties during Covid, Yet when asked how they are helping, they want to refinance your loan, which will cost you more in the long run. So NO, they are not helping anyone but themselves.

High interest rate and the website sucks big time. Makes it hard to keep up with your account. And I haven't found a way to set up an advanced payment yet. The website is terrible. I give it a -5

Excellent customer service. Love how all the bad reviews are most likely from those that don't make payments correctly and have most likely been ofdered many opportunities to help themselves and won't. Staff will always help when they can. When I had an issue they kindly helped and they are always respectful they calmed me down when I was frantic. Love these people.

Had a loan, paid it off, called to see if I could get another loan(after they continuously kept calling over a year for me to get another loan) the girl took my info for an online application, called back and said she needed pay stubs or bank statements. I told her I her I receive my paychecks DD(no taxes taken out) and my HR person would not be in until next Thursday, so I sent in 7 months of bank statements literally showing the same amount each pay period. She called me back and said I couldn't use them when I initially thought I could. 🤔 If I would've known I couldn't use them, I would've waited and not had my credit ran until I could get copies of my pay stubs from my job. I will not be doing business with them again!!
