Regional Finance, Savannah, GA

I have been a client of Regional Finance for quite a while. This company has been nothing but professional when dealing with my financial needs. They've shown me the utmost respect and never forced any decisions when trying to assist me. They have an ability to listen closely to their client and relay back what you didn't reveal in the most difficult moments. The compassion I was shown was beyond what I ever expected. I hope to continue working with Regional Finance in the years to come.

This is my second loan from Regional and once again the service was great from Miss Wanda, who I dealt with over the phone, she was awesome. but I can't say the same thing going in there in person. the lady that helped me ( I didn't get her name) but she was wonderful. I do however have a problem with one of the employees who degraded the staff in front of me. She was quite rude in her discontent addressing the staff in front of the customers and quite unprofessional. I think her name is Janyll. She's the older white lady with glasses who's desk was on the right side of the room. That was very unprofessional and was quite obvious she made the staff feel uncomfortable as well. On a professional level if you have an issue with your staff then it needs to be addressed behind closed doors not in front of customers because that incident made me feel uncomfortable. Otherwise all my experiences has been great.

Great professional service.

I’ve had a loan with them about 8 years ago, but currently had a huge financial setback and needed a personal loan. At first it seemed like they couldn’t get me approved for the loan, but a few days later I received a phone call from Lavon and he told me that his manager worked it out and I got approved!!!! I was so thankful that they didn’t give up on me. I definitely recommend them!

Submitting the check and recent contact with Regional Finance team was excellent from the onset including terms and offers to apply for larger loan amount.

Called to inquire on a loan, was told let them run my credit...3 hours went by and never received a call back. I had to call back, the lady I spoke to initially was unprofessional!
