Security Finance, Savannah, GA

So today I received called from security finance in Savannah from a young lady name Cherie. She called to make me aware of making my payment.. I said yes ma'am.. I have 3 days she comes out her mouth to say 3 days for what. I explain to her to make my payment and I would pay it tomorrow, so she says to me, well I should of been said that.This young lady is a very rude individuals. She needs to get some more training. I don't recommend anyone to deal with this business.

The office manager at the Savannah location is very unprofessional. She refuse to give me a loan because I didn't want to get life insurance w/ them . I'm fully covered at my job & my policy is more than enough to pay the loan of a 1000.00 off. So she informed her employee to stop the loan process ..lol she must of forgot they are a million of loan companies in Savannah. Wi tmy credit score it wasn't hard. To go get it else where. I wouldn't refer them to a dog

Everyone was so nice and friendly, it made me feel at ease. I'm glad that I made the choice to come here, they treat you like you matter and they are so understanding. Plus as an added bonus everything was done sufficiently and very quickly. Happy with my choice and will continue to come back for future loans also!

Wonderful experience. Staff is professional especially the branch manager. She made the loan process seamless and she took the time to explain each section clearly. She exemplified the embodiment of true common courtesy which goes a long way. This kind of professionalism will make you pay off your loan and come back again for another one. Thank you!

They were very helpful with letting me know everything I needed and getting everything together and setting up a time to come they were very nice witch made the hole thang Pleasant and making sure I understood everything
