I had messed up a loan from them a couple years ago after losing a job. They worked with me to get me another one and gave me great financial and credit advice. I've seen the other reviews but just pay on time. Any credit place is going to want their money back. Duh lol

I love these young ladies at this location especially miss neicey. She is so nice to me everytime I come. She is very professional and treat customers with much respect.

Called yo speak with the manager on a old account. Manager told me she would be their Saturday to discuss arrangements instead received horrible service from nia one of the representatives who wasn't open or had a positive attitude. If anyone goes to them about a loan or trying to make payments. Be prepared for the worst customer service ever. After this post I intend to report them to the better business bureau.

Spam calling me! And they’re incredibly rude. And its the same two people each time. Im surprised its still in business.
