Charlese was great. She closed my loan swiftly and efficiently. I have been a customer here and they always treat me well. I appreciate her, Sophia and Katherine for helping me out during the holidays times. I recommend anyone who needs funds in quickly.

I had an account with World Finance in Smyrna, Ga., then I had a situation arise where I needed additional help. Although my account was fairly new, (3 months) they found a way to assist me. I had the great pleasure of working with Sophia. She was prompt, and always available. When she told me how she could help, I immediately knew that she had went above and beyond because of my situation. She’s extremely knowledgeable in her field, and she definitely cares for her clients. Sophia is definitely an asset to the company. I just want to extend my thanks to her, and World Finance!!

Generally, I have an awesome experience here. Which is why I am a repeat customer. My experience today was not up to par. My agent Charlese Mickens is extremely nonchalant, border-line rude, and I feel like I’m disturbing her by coming in to renew my loan. Literally, I feel like walking out. However, I’m going to be the adult and do what I need to get through this transaction. I do feel this will be my last time here. I can go to Cobb Finance for a new loan if and when needed.
