I would have to say I agree with the one Stars. If there was an option to give 0stars I would give. Not ever have I had to email a bank and inform them they were unprofessional for them to contact me to gather all my information and waste my time telling me I am not approved for a personal loan amount I could clearly get from a bank but being this is mortgage not how it works. I’ve clearly been approved else were but doing my realtor a favor as she partner with this wack bank. I think I will drop her for working with them and move along. Please know this is DIFFERENTLY NOT the bank for you. They play too much!!!

We had a great experience working with Ag South specifically Zack with our construction loan process and then also with our new mortgage. Thanks AG south for making both go so smooth.

Would not recommend them. If you go with them for a loan read everything and even have your lawyer read over the paperwork. Something I did not do. The way my loan was worked up Ag South would take 100% of my crop until loan was paid then i would get the remainder. Should have read the fine print. Zach M. was the loan officer and I would say double check with an outside lawyer before signing, something they try to push you into not doing,

One Star. In Statesboro, GA, they seem to pick and choose who and how much they want to help someone. The young lady who “helped” me seemed to lack knowledge and people skills. I gave her a bunch of unnecessary paperwork and she ultimately changed her story and said she couldn’t help me. She seemed to be “blowing smoke” the whole time. Now, I am working with a loan originator out of town who is genuinely helping me and has the knowledge and experience to think on her feet to bypass certain challenges that did arise. AgSouth was a waste of time for me!

AgSouth Farm Credit is...real...service-oriented whose primary purpose is customer satisfaction.. How do I. I've married to an AgSouth girl for nearly 38 years.
