So far I’m not sure about this. I received a letter of approval. The website said no page could be accessed. So I called statesboro location. Gave my info. She said to call back in an hour. I did. She (Pam) said she would call me right back. She never called. I don’t know if this is a scam or not, but I’m definitely feeling some sort of way! I think I’m going to look someplace else.

Everyone was professional and polite. The process was simple and I was able to complete everything virtually. My only complaint is the lack of communication regarding my loan amount. I wasn't advised that the loan amount I was approved for was significantly less than the amount I applied for and was pre approved for. I didn't find out the loan amount until the loan closing.
