Desiree is very rude and unprofessional. A member of management really need to address this. Every time I have called there and she answers the phone-her tone is unpleasant to say the least. Please find a replacement quickly- there are thousands of people who are looking for a job in customer service that I'm sure can fulfill the position.

Brenda Parker is a wonderful person to work with and extremely friendly and professional. Very very helpful, highly recommend OneMain Financial that’s for sure! Go check them out!

Do NOT waste your time. They lie, they make false accusations and don’t do what they approved you for! They do not give you ALL of the information needed to make an informed decision. It is a waste of time!! I would go elsewhere.
