Mrs Smith did an amazing job with helping us with our title loan and went into details of what to expect. All of the employees were friendly and very professional. We had our kids with us and they were very patient to them. Because of the service we received today, we were able keep our place and get back on track. Nate who is the regional Vice President was super amazing as well and treated the kids to lunch. Angels were in the building today. I want you all to know you really are special and we appreciate the service we received today!

If I could give a negative star I would. The rudeness of these people. Since Tasha left the service has went down. She was for helping people. She understood her customers, and gave great customer service. These new managers and workers have attitude problems. They don't like to listen. They only talk rude to you, snd over you. If I were you. I would go to title bucks their nice and they do what they can to help you. I like the ladies in there. Check into cash is good too I always feel welcome there.

Highly recommended you ask for Mrs Smith as I had a urgent sudden crisis and was in need of cash that day. She was kind and professional and was Very Educated about the entire process before and after.. Which allowed her to educated me. Thus allowing me to make a educated decision.. Check them out in Statesboro tell them I referred you for best results!!!!!

Coming to title max was really a great experience. Ms. Jonquil Smith was amazing. She walked me through everything. Explained everything well & in detail. I highly recommend anyone to come see her.
