I had a wonderful experience at the Stockbridge location. Thomas Rhodes, the Assistant Branch Mgr., was excellent. He was very polite and comical. Thomas made me feel very comfortable while answering the application questions. As a matter of fact, the other staff members was polite and courteous. Thank You Guys!

I have tried to receive a pay off/account settled in full letter so to clear up a charge off from REPUBLIC FINANCE on my credit report for a very long time now. This mistake is their fault not mine. I have been as laid back as possible but I am getting nowhere. The answer from Ranita in the Stockbridge office is, “I will have to send ‘them’ an email to see what’s going on.” Who is “them” and why can’t I call “them” or email “them” myself? I have called a lawyer to find out my recourse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Dwayne is the best you will ever get in customer service. Whether you get the loan or not... You will absolutely love him. By the way I did get approved. He walked me through it. Will definitely recommend them and do business with them again.

I had a great experience. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with. Dwayne assisted me from start to finish with a very pleasant & professional matter. Latrice also helped and answered any questions or concerns I had. The manager Renita was also very kind & informative. I would definitely recommend this company and location to anyone who is looking for a loan/lender.

I do not like doing business with people that cannot call anyone back. I applied for a loan and it has been 4 days and I have not gotten a response. The professional thing to do whether I was approved for the loan or not is to call and still give me an answer.
