I would have given this location 5 stars when I initially got my loan. The gentleman I was working with was fantastic. I wish I remembered his name. There is a new lady there that is the perfect example of annoying and too aggressive for sales. She doesn't listen to the concerns of the client and talks over you. To add insult to injury, she tries to sell you on a loan by telling me that I get a whopping $25 referral fee when I start a new loan for my wife or refer a new client. $25 is not going to make me jump up and refer anyone to you. Anyway, I have a plan to rebuild positive credit for my wife. Essentially, the same thing I did for my credit which jumped 50 points in 3 months. I WILL be doing the same thing with my wife's credit, however, I doubt I will return to this location because of the interaction I have recently had with this associate. I think her name starts with an M. I don't know. Either way, my experience and review has changed with this location.

I applied online and received a call from Heidi, Heidi took all the necessary information and I uploaded the necessary document. Heidi stated that she would get back to me and let me know what can be done, this was last week, I have not received a call back at all. I called today and I was told that Heidi would call me back and no call back. Heidi not calling me back is probably doing me a favor by not getting locked into a high APR loan, though I needed it for educational purposes. So Thank you!! I guess if you dont qualify, there is no need to provide customer service in the form of a literal two minute phone call. The two stars are for saving me strife with a heavy APR, the other three blank stars are for not having the decency to pick up a phone and return a call. Please destroy my application and financial document and please take me off your mailing list.
Thank you!!

DO NOT do business here! They are exploiting people and have unsafe business practices that allowed my identity to be stolen so easily. I wasn’t even a customer of theirs and someone opened at $6500 loan in MY name. No verification processes! They are counting on people defaulting. The “loan” had Interest rates over 20% and I have good credit. PREDATORS!

Don't accept a loan from these crooks. You are set up to fail with them. Try Opploans or NetCredit. Both are on line loan applications, so you must have a checking account in good standing. These are Republicans that are taking money from the poor and using it to keep the poor in poverty. If you are unable to make a payment they will not give you more time. They will issue a judgment asap. They will drag you to court over that missed payment, however you will have to pay everything or have wages garnished. Don't accept this money. Tear up that worthless check. If you can afford to make these payments then you can afford to put aside money monthly and in no time you will have the same amount of that check in your account.

They sent a “promotional check” in the mail that said all you have to do is cash it. Somebody took it from my mailbox and cashed it. They made me drive to Stone Mountain to prove it wasn’t me. The person was able to cash it at a credit union without my ID. I have never heard of such BS in 2019. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau as well.
